1. Calculator Data
Our Water Intake Calculator runs in your browser. We do not store the weight, age, gender, activity, climate, altitude, caffeine, pregnancy, or breastfeeding inputs you enter into the calculator unless you separately choose to send us information through a form.

Most calculations happen locally in your browser using JavaScript. If you choose to email yourself a hydration plan or contact us, the information you submit is sent to our server so we can process that request.
2. Forms and Messages
If you use an email capture or contact form, we collect the information you choose to submit, such as your email address, name, message, and selected form topic. We use that information only to deliver the requested plan, respond to your message, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
